Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge not launching on Xbox 360

I After buying Crimson Skies on my 360 yesterday, I downloaded and tried to play it. The game downloaded and installed itself without any issues, but when I try to launch it I get an error code that tells me to re-download the game and contact xbox live
support. This is only on my 360, as I was able to download it and play it on my Xbox One without any issues.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Have you tried deleting it and re-downloading it?

 

I trying that now.

I did a chat request with xbox and the agent escalated the issue, but until about an hour ago nobody from customer support has tried to touch base with me. I FINALLY got a response from a rep. But it was asking if the game was working yet. Since there is no
way to verify a game's data integrity on the 360, I'll download again.

 

The same thing happens when I try to play Star Wars KOTOR. Downloaded without an issue, but never plays and just gives me the same error message. I have deleted and re-downloaded the game a dozen times, and still the same problem.

So I've contacted Xbox support and so far aside from downloading the game again, they asked if I had a hard drive. After I replied yes, I was told that if there is an exclamation mark on the list of games (indicating a corrupt file), that I need to reformat
the entire hard drive.

There are no corrupt files.

 

Support had instructed me to reformat the hard drive and download again. I lost nearly 300 GB worth of games and the problem has not been fixed. I asked to have the issue escalated to a supervisor or higher tier of support.
