Crimson Dragon blank screen after logos load.

Hi, I'm having this problem with Crimson Dragon where after it loads all the logos (Microsoft game studios, Iron galaxy, etc.) it just shows a black screen. I've tried running it multiple times, redownloaded it, and tried pressing whatever I could but nothing
happens. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

Crimson Dragon won't load

bought crimson dragon on the recent £11.99 offer. It posts all the splash screens but then just displays a blank screen. I've tried a hard reset and also a reinstall. Any ideas or should I just request a refund?

Games not working online

All day long NONE of my games will launch; Titanfall = black screen, Garden Warfare = perpetual load, Strike Suit Zero = perpetual load, Crimson Dragon = perpetual load. And of course this has to happen the day after we get 2 free games and DLC for Titanfall.

Just checked again right now, it's 8:17 p.m. here in Los Angeles (Pacific Time).

Hey there Cork! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start off, I suggest reinstalling the game. To do that:

Go to My Games and Apps.

Hover over the game.

Press the Menu button.

Select to uninstall the game.

Wait until the game is completely unsintalled.

Press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off completely.

Leave the console off for 3 minutes.

Power the console on.

Reinstall the game.

I did what you listed and I'm still getting a black screen after all the logos load

Ya Im having the same issue, the game starts up with the crimson dragon logo then goes to a black screen but does nothing from there, just stays a black screen Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that has not resolved the issue, rly need a fix here

UPDATE:

Changed the TV resolution under Display & Sound down from 1080p to 720p then did a hard reset, after doing this the game loaded fine, hope this helps
