Since you've already tried reinstalling, resetting, and other fixes, I would suggest checking your PC/ Windows 10 latest updates. If that's the case and you are still facing this issue only with this game, I'd recommend getting in touch with the game developer to report the issue.

You should be able to play Multiplayer as the Game Pass version seemingly supports Multiplayer. This is what shows for Cricket 19 if I look for the game in the Game Pass section of the PC Xbox App:

For you use the Game Pass on PC with Windows 10, try this steeps:

1 Open the Xbox(beta) App [the Game Pass run for this App and then;

2 Try run the Game

So on your PC you need to make sure the
game pass ultimate account is signed into the
Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
xbox(beta) app on windows as well and try downloading from there.

Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games
