    Cricket 19 purchased and installed on my XBOX ONE S Console.

    The game is installed, but when i start the game i an getting a black screen. I tried multiple console restarts and game restarts.

    Now are working.

    So what you are saying is that after restarting the console multiple times along with the game, it works as it is intended? That sounds rather odd and I would report that to the game developers for them to look into. Follow the guide they give to see if
    repeating any of these solutions brings around a permanent fix to your current predicament.
