    CREW RECRUITMENT XBOX ONE


    I () am starting up a crew called 'Torino Mafiosa' along with Commissioner and right hand man Josh(IIx Dez xII).

    We are skilled players who like to get the job done but value getting along and having a laugh as much as getting the job done.

    We will mostly be doing heists but may dabble in Racing and gang wars etc.

    There will be no dress code or anything like that but if you want to become a higher ranked member of the family a sharp suit is advisable.

    @SlateJS, the really "good" clans/crews try to be professional when recruiting and advertising their clans/crews. To have a successful one, a good practice is to treat it similar to a business but not go overboard.

    You should try joining a crew online. Rockstar does 'Crew Cuts' on the News wire, highlighting crews that are recruiting (that have caught R*'s eye)
