    Keep getting emails about depositing reward credits to my account, yet it keeps asking me to update my account when my account is already updated.

    Credits not depositing??? I have over 16,000 credits, but they have not depositied

    Hello BradfromOH,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see that these Credits were all deposited in the recent end of month deposit.

    Credits still not being depositied

    I have the same issue and it is still on going after a year or more, I have reported on this forum several times and each time I get a reply that Microsoft are looking into it.

    I get the impression that Microsoft do not care about us one bit!

    I posted my question above in another forum.. This was the response.. So there is hope.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being

    affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with

    the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable

    account information is being incorrectly communicated to our servers.

    Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit,

    the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system

    is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently

    being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they

    have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize

    for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team

    works on a solution.

    I hate to rain on your parade, but no, there is no hope.

    This is a standard response that they have been giving to every single person, including me. It's also the same response I got OVER A YEAR AGO - there is no other team, they have no intention of fixing it. I'll state again same standard response for over
    a year. Search the forum, you'll find multiple people saying they also got this response months/years ago and still haven't had their problem fixed.

    same issue and the same reply as below. that was nearly 6 months ago. very poor service from microsoft. how long does it take to sort out the database? i know a decent DBA who could have sortd this out by now. i think they just arent interested but are still
    offering rewards credits. what is the point if you cant ever cash them in?
