Discus and support Credits still blocked in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have already made all the changes and updates that were requested in my account and my credits are still blocked.     I've updated my account a lot of times, waited for the system to refresh, and my credits were not released. I want use them!

    This is already becoming a disgusting and disappointing situation.

    Please give my credits!

    This was the last feedback I had of you:

    "There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
    "

    But nothing has changed, even after waiting 23 days.

    Hello Bellabarbosa000,

    We only deposit at the middle and end of the month. If you have properly adjusted your information, your end of month deposit should complete successfully.
