Credits Not Depositing

I purchased the Xbox One S Bundle during the 50,000 credit deal and they still have yet to be deposited in my account. They show as being earned on 11/18/2016 but were not deposited in my account on the 30th of the month.

Credits not depositing

Please can you help me get the 28,000 credits I have deposited into my account. All of my account information is correct.

Credits not depositing?

They would be scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the
month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month. The last deposit for November took place on the 24th, so the credits were not pending in time for that deposit.
