    I have 25717 credits pending and at least 20000 of that should have been deposited already. I am waiting on that to preorder a game that comes out in 4 days please help! I have been an xbox customer for over 10 years!

    Hello Fishman BR,

    You registered as a US Rewards Account member. Therefore, we are only tracking and rewarding purchases made with the US regional currency of USD. Any purchases made with an alternate regional currency are not eligible for Rewards. This is also why we cannot
    deposit into your account, since we cannot deposit USD from your Rewards Account into your Brazilian Microsoft Account, which is only accepting BRL.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account
    to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
    account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    I can't request a deposit , nor my credits have been deposited and its already the 15.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit event was on the 6th, it will be included with the end of month deposit. The request a deposit button is just for requesting deposits before the automatic deposit amount of 5000 pending Credits.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. This is why your 40,000 Credits have been deposited, but your 15,000 Credit event on November 3rd has not. Those 15,000 Credits should deposit at the end of the month deposit, as described above.

    deposit the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit limit required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 10th, you should expect these Credits to be deposited in the end of month deposit this
    month.

    the following month. Also, we only automatically schedule deposits at 5000 or more Credits. Since the Credit event that scheduled your deposit occurred on the 30th last month, you will receive your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.

    the following month. Since your 50,000 Credit event occurred later than your other Credit events, it was not deposited in the mid-month deposit cycle. Since it was placed as pending on the 4th, it will be deposited in the end of month deposit cycle.
