Credits not deposited

Hello!

I have some credits pending to be deposited in my account but this is not because I receive a message to update my personal information. I have done this over and over and over and still this message remains.

What do I have to do to have the credits deposited into my account?

I have 25717 credits pending and at least 20000 of that should have been deposited already. I am waiting on that to preorder a game that comes out in 4 days please help! I have been an xbox customer for over 10 years!

hello, I should have had 6,500 point deposited into my account but when I tried to make a purchase they were not showing. Can you look into this for me please?

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
