Credits not deposited in months

I've been part of the rewards program for a long time but lately i haven't seen anything get deposited. i asked for an early deposit months ago and never got it. I also wanted to get a early deposit now but there is nothing to click. there isn't even a date
either. i would really like my 8,715 points deposited.

Any help you can give would be great.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events happened around the beginning of this month, they will be deposited in the end of month deposit (the payback from last month was slightly delayed, which is why it was not deposited in the mid-month deposit).

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened early this month, it will not be deposited until the end of month deposit cycle.

Your last deposit request in late December already resulted in your end of December deposit on December 27th. Since that date, you have not asked for any other early deposit. As stated in the FAQ, we schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending
Credits. Since your pending Credit amount has reached this amount, it has already been scheduled. Since it has been scheduled, there is no need for you to request it to be scheduled for deposit manually, so that button has been removed.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

the following month. Also, we only automatically schedule deposits at 5000 or more Credits. Since the Credit event that scheduled your deposit occurred on the 30th last month, you will receive your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.

deposit the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit limit required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 10th, you should expect these Credits to be deposited in the end of month deposit this
month.
