Credits not being deposited since April 2015

Hey guys, just hoping I can get some help!

I've had pending rewards in my Xbox Rewards account since April of 2015, and they haven't been deposited. I used to get monthly e-mails telling me my billing info needed to be updated, even though the details never changed, and even when I did edit the info
(just in case) nothing changed. The e-mails have stopped recently, however, with only the website for Xbox Rewards telling me my account reads "Attention Needed."

Could I please get my points deposited? I've been waiting almost two years!

I have had over 17,000 credits since April. When are these going to be deposited?

There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently working on a resolution.
