Credits not being cashed in.8

Hi there!

I have over 41.000 credits and it's not being transfered.

Haven't recieved anything since the 31st of December.

It says I should be able to request the deposit, but I can't seem to find it anywhere

Hope you guys can help.

Xbox Rewards not working

Good afernoon,

The xbox rewards program is not working at all on my account.

I have about 13,500 earned credits, but i never could cash them in because i just couldn't.

This week i finally could cash in some credits but it's only like 3100, while i have 13,500 total earned credits that i never cashed in.

And if i look at the not cashed in credits list it says i have only 900 unused points while the program never worked for me.

Since you have 250 credits, you will not be able to make a payment request as the minimum is 1000 credits. In other words, the credits won't get cashed in unless you have at least 1000 credits

If you want to buy something for wIndows phone 7/8 you need a credit card , for the WP there in no microsoft points, only cash ( i have a WP 7 )

I don't have a Windows phone myself, but from what I've read online with Windows Phone 8 MS is phasing out the use of MS points to purchase items on the phone. Instead they are going the cash route where you'll need to purchase items using a credit card.
On the XBox, the MS points currency is still being used.

You can confirm a deposit in two ways.

1) Your MyStatement on the MyRewards page can be sorted/viewed to view Credit activity in the past. When your deposit completes, you will see a Credit event for your deposit listed on that Statement.

2) You can confirm the actual currency deposit from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/). It will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding money to your account.

Your upgrade "credit" scales based on the difficulty level and any mutators being used. If you are playing on easy level with easy mutators, you will get very little credit towards the upgrades even though you will spend a bunch of cash.

From what I understand hardcore will net 100% of the cash spent, and then the mutators will adjust this at the same level as it does the score. When I play solo in order to focus on upgrades, I play hardcore (100%) and use Super Reload (-25%), Must Active
Reload (+10%), and Enemy Regeneration (+10%). All together, I get 95% of the cash spent credited towards my upgrades.
