Credits not being added to account balance

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Keep in mind that promotional currency has priority in purchasing, so for example your most recent deposit on February 7th was mostly used on your purchase of NBA Live 18 on February 16th.

When the credits are added to your account, they are added as a currency to your Microsoft account balance. You would choose your balance as a payment option when you make a purchase in the Xbox store.

When credits are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance (same as if you added an Xbox gift card to your account). When you make a purchase on the Xbox store, you would choose your account balance to make purchases.

The credits would be added as pending in your rewards account first, not your account balance. Then the credits would be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. If they were added in the past few days, they would be deposited by mid-March.

Credits are deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Once they are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance. You would use your balance when you make
a purchase.
