Discus and support Credits not being added after purchases for #YOLO in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I purchased both steep & need for speed rivals and i have yet to receive my rewards. i participate in the program monthly & ive never had an issue :(...     Credits not being added after purchases for #YOLO


    I purchased both steep & need for speed rivals and i have yet to receive my rewards. i participate in the program monthly & ive never had an issue Credits not being added after purchases for #YOLO :( i even went as far as getting the 5 achievements and was about to buy the avatar items when i noticed that
    no challenge has been flagged as complete and no credits were added to my account

    Still Missing Rewards Credits

    Support will check into the YOLO credits, but rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards Boost your Cred

    YOLO rewards received reward for Get Stoked with purchase of GTA V. Earned 11 achievements in game but have not received the YOLO Boost your Cred reward (4,000 points) for getting 5 achievements.

    Please keep in mind that it can take up to 96 hours to process and receive new information, which is mentioned in the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    We see that the Credits for your purchase is now pending. Once our system sees that this is awarded, you should see the achievement Credits shortly after.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found the issue with this purchase, and are deploying a fix. You should see this purchase recognized in a few days. Since the purchase was not yet recognized, it was not possible for achievements to begin tracking.

    Custom Challenges

    There is no 'Turn In' button after the challenge time has expired as the challenge is removed from your active challenge list and the cRedits are supposed to be added to account automatically, although this may not happen instantly. If you 'Turn In' the
    challenge before the time expires it'll remove the challenge from your active challenge list, and if you've already completed it the cRedits will be added to your account ( again this doesn't always happen instantly )

    There is no 'on-screen' notification for the challenge being completed, or the cRedits being added, they don't 'pop' so to speak, so the only way to tell if they have been added would be to take note of your cRedit total before you attempt a challenge, take
    a note of the cRedits earned during the challenge ( score wise ). Then give it a while and re-check your cRedit total again to see if your total increase includes the challenge bonus.
