Credits never converted

This is my fourth post about it, but I’ve been having some issue with my account for over 2 months now, I still don’t know what’s the matter with it. I posted on the community more than once and got the same response that there is some sort of error, and
that my problem was being escalated so that it can get solved. And because of the unknown issue, I haven’t been able to convert my pending credits into actual currency. I’m just wondering if anything was fixed with that because I would like to be able to have
my over 10,000 credits converted. I never heard back about the status of any of it and I’m very frustrated because today is the last day before Xbox Rewards goes away. Can someone please help me solve this?

Xbox rewards credits

It's been about 20 days since I redeemed 10,000 credits from my vip vault and so far I have not been converted to my account, it has never happened before I'm waiting for the credits to be converted to my account.

Deposit Not Actually Converted to Local Currency

My rewards deposit from the New Year promo never actually got converted to local currency I'm now realizing. I see the credits were deposited per the credit history in XBL Rewards, but I never saw the credits available to spend in the Xbox/MSFT Stores.

Please advise, thanks!

Hello RynbowZomb,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience. If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically
converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

The deposit is scheduled for the 29th. I'm not sure what time zone they use for deposits, but they can take place at any time of day.

They would be scheduled for tomorrow's deposit.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
