    I have no credits showing for any of the purchases made for the month of April. I have received all the rewards from previous months, but the April credits where I have spent over 480.00 have not been credited to me. I am at the top tier of the rewards brackets
    so there should be enough purchases by those standards alone to have been a credit deposited. Please let me know what has happened. If you want the exact numbers I will be happy to get you a print out of the microsoft transaction page showing the purchases
    from april 1st to april 30th.

    Missing credits from the past month

    Hopefully somebody can help here (twitter directed me to post here) but I've gotten none of my credits for my april purchases nor have I gotten any of my credits from the VIP gems I've spent.

    On May 5th I redeemed VIP gems to get 25,000 reward credits. Nothing has been deposited and nothing is pending. I've also never gotten my 10% rebate in credits back for my April spending. I was going to go back and add up my April spending to see what kind
    of rebate I should have gotten back, but I'm only 10 days back in the month and up to $200, so I know I'm missing a LOT of credits for the month of April.

    How can I get my credits, both earned and redeemed via gems?

    Updates on missing April Credits?

    Are there any updates as to when the April Credits that are missing will be credited? I am still missing over 500.00 worth of purchases from the Xbox store from being credited to my account.

    There is currently a delay with April's rebate as they fix another issue.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. At the current
    time, we have not received an estimate on when to expect this issue to be resolved. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
