    You can also locate them on your console by going to Settings --> Account --> Manage Payment Options. The option at the top should be your account balance, conveniently on display.

    If you call when they first open up and select the correct menu prompt (billing) the entire call would only take 5-10 minutes. I spend more time than that in the checkout line at the supermarket...

    i've found that if you call around 12:45 CST they will do it in about 2 mins. They close at 1 CST, and they probably want to leave.
