Credits help please

I don't have the option to deposit my credits and it's been a few days now and I still haven't received the currency. I have 15000 credits

A manual deposit is only available when you have between 1,000 and 4,999 reward credits. Once you pass 5,000 your rewards are automatically scheduled for deposit. If you got over 5,000 between the 1st-15th they should deposit around the 30th, and if you
got to 5,000+ between the 15th-30th then they will deposit around the 15th of the following month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit due to being over 5000 pending Credits, there is no need to request a deposit manually, so that button has been removed.
