Credits haven't adjusted

HI I have spent a significant chunk of money in the month of July in the xbox store. 150 on fortnite alone. And I haven't received my credits for that or anything else been showing 2400 credits for awhile. Would like this fixed if possible

After investigating both your accounts, it looks like your friend was manually adjusted for their 5000 Credits, but when this operation was performed, you were not adjusted manually as well. We will adjust your account for your share of the referral. The

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the July's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Also, keep in mind that pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP payback, so your initial pre-order of Fortnite is not eligible
for payback, but your later upgrade will be counted.

Regarding your pending Credits, those are what remained after your deposit on June 14th. For future reference, you can see a complete log of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We only schedule a deposit automatically
at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your
MyRewards page.
