Credits gone for no reason

I use to have a lot of credits and I was going to buy something with it and then it mostly gone. I couldn't anything with it and Microsoft refuse to help and admit their mistakes. I want action. I want my credits back to normal. No tutorial, no do this and
go there. Just action.

Are you talking about Microsoft Reward points? I think they expire after so long ..... I use them frequently so I’m not sure if they expire after a year or so.

You can try contacting support and speak to billing, but no one here can make changes to your account as this is community based support. http://suppprt.xbox.com/contact-us

You can also check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see if the funds were already spent or if they expired.

I don't want excuses. I want then back. Its £25 credits so that I ca spend on something i want. Can you do it or just make another excuses.

if these are credits you have earned then yes they expire after a certain amount of time. only purchased credit on the microsoft account has no expiry.
