I think you're referring to the In-game currency for Rainbow Six Siege, is that correct?

If so, please, make sure you have purchased the currency for the same platform where you play R6, since this game can be played on both Xbox console and PC through Xbox.

Also, make sure that the redemption of the code proceeded correctly, to verify this, go to the order history here:

If you play on Xbox Console and the code redemption appears as completed, then it's essential to let you know that sometimes It can take up to 24 hours for R6 Credits to be added to your R6 account.

I'm trying to buy credits for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.

Not a big fan personally but the story is pretty fun and well structured.

Still don’t think it compares to the likes of Battlefield, Siege or CoD
