Credits Deposit - I have yet to receive mine.

Hi,

I have yet to receive my rewards credits that should have been deposited into my account and I didn't receive any email saying that there was a problem with this. With this being the last month to get them I was wondering if there was a delay in receiving
them? I have had some points pending all the way back from 4/30. I didn't have over 5,000 until the end of May when I bought some more credits with my Gems and figured maybe they wouldn't deposit until yesterday June 15th. Instead of the May 30th deposit,
but both those deposit dates have rolled around and I have yet to receive it. I have 23,809 credits which would trigger an auto deposit. If support can look into this that would be great I just want to make sure I'd get them before the program completely
closes down. I know my remaining 187 gems will be transferred to my Microsoft rewards. I attached pictures down below. Thank you for your time.

My Reward Credits aren't transferring to my Xbox

My reward credits aren't transferring to my Xbox. I have had well over the 5,000 credits required for a deposit to happen since before the middle of last month, but have yet to receive a deposit on Xbox.

Question regarding my xbox live rewards balance

Hello I used myvip rewards to receive 10k credits for the xbox live rewards and my balance has been sitting at 14k for quite awhile its well past the 30th and I have yet to receive my credits I also have no option to do a manual
deposit. Any clue when I can expect a deposit ?

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can also see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits,
your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before or after that date.

Hello Torgo1,

There was an issue with September payback that caused it to be delayed to October 17th, which is why you have not yet received that deposit. You should receive a deposit of your Credits during the end of the month deposit.

Update: I should note that I actually only received 1,000 credits for the "Franken Rewards" mission, not 2,000. 14,000 credits, and not 13,000 credits, hasn't been posted or deposited as of yet.

You do not have any pending Credits in your account available for deposit. Your lifetime Credit amount is the total of all the Credits you have received, including already deposited Credits.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received a solid estimate from our other team working on this issue on when to expect their resolution to be deployed. Apologies for the inconvenience. While we wait for their solution we will continue to attempt deposits into
your account in the hopes that a deposit gets through. Once a resolution is deployed, you should receive these Credits.
