i bought resdient evil bio hazerd on 6/30 and i believe it did not regester for my vip meter. I also did not get any credits in the month of june?

Rewards Level Reset?

it seems as if somehow my rewards rank has reset. I have over 75000 rewards credits earned, but am showing VIP rank 1?? Seems like something is wrong, and I know I was atleast VIP lvl 2. Thanks.

No Change to VIP or Pending Credits After Purchase

I preordered and completed a purchase of Injustice 2 and have not received any change to My VIP percentage or any pending rewards credits based on the My VIP rank.

Support will check your VIP progress, but rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too soon to see credits pending for June purchases.

Apologies for the confusion. We are currently experiencing a delay in processing purchases made around the end of June and beginning of July due to a data delay. We hope to have this issue resolved soon. Regarding your June Credits, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Depositing credits does not effect your VIP rank. Your progress is based on your spending in the Xbox store.

It will depend on when you bough each particular title. Pre-orders do not count toward MyVip (except for a special September 2016 promotion) so if you pre-ordered those games before September, then they would not count for MyVip. There were two special promos
for Gears of War 4 and Battlefield 1 so the staff can review those purchases to see if they qualified, however, they still would not increase your MyVi

A staff member will review your account and reply to you here. Typically it takes 1-2 business days, however with the recent forum changes it may be 2-4 business days. Keep in mind the staff does not work weekends.

As Murphs says, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Therefore, your only purchase which would have increased VIP is your purchase of Pac-Man. However, MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly total and placed as Credits midway through the following month,
so it is too early to see Credits for that purchase. We do have an offer for digital pre-orders, but only certain games are eligible. For example, your purchase of Call of Duty awarded one punch for that offer. However, that offer requires three punches to
