Credits across linked account

Discus and support Credits across linked account in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have credits on my PS4, but only some of them are linked to my Xbox (I see about half of the points).     I have credits on my PS4, but only some of them are linked to my Xbox (I see about half of the points).

    I also have a linked PC account, and see different number of credits there.

    All Xbox, PS4 and PC accounts are linked.

    What’s going on?

    I checked the game's FAQ page, according to them:

    "Credits and Esports Tokens will remain on the platform on which they were purchased. They will be a part of your Epic Games Account, but you will only be able to access and spend your Credits and Esports Token balances on the platform where you purchased them."

    Unfortunately the gifting feature is not available for use across different regions.

    Your friend will need to request a refund and either send you the amount through a PayPal account or transfer it to a bank account/credit card that is linked to your profile.
