Creditcard on pre-booked game

I have a question concerning whether I will remove my current credit card and add a new one, how does it go with a game that I have pre-booked (the money will not be drawn before the game is released)?

Is the purchase tied to that particular credit card, or can I add the new credit card and it will draw money from it instead on release day?

Game Pre-Loading

A nice feature would be game pre loading.

Which allows me to pre download a booked games before the game is released so i have already downloaded and installed it.

Then for some reason you don't have enough money on your creditcard to pay for the pre orderd game because if you pay with creditcard your charged around 1 week before the release and if you pay with money on your account then you payed for the game the
day you pre orderd it

I already have the Limited Editon Game and Guide Pre-ordered! Also I pre-ordered Ezio's Hidden Blade from GameStop and the Art Book too. You get the game, statue, flag, Washingtons book, and Belt Buckle! To me thats worth $120!
