Discus and support Creditcard charged for Fifa17 despite having EA Access in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Dear all, my creditcrad was charged 62.99€ for Fifa 17, but I have EA Access.     my creditcrad was charged 62.99€ for Fifa 17, but I have EA Access. In the overview, it said "0.00€ with EA Access". Could you please help me?

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.

    You should be able to just redeem another code for X amount of months for EA access or use a creditcard to lengthen your membership. EA access can stack membership up to 3 years
