Credit Not Showing on my account

I bought two $25 Xbox Live Cards from Best Buy. I redeemed them on the Xbox App on my phone about a week ago. I went to use the money yesterday to buy a game and the $50 was not there. I threw the cards with the codes on it away because after I typed the
codes into the app it registered the codes as $25 and I confirmed the redemption. I have the reciept from Best Buy with the serial numbers for the activation.

I talk to someone on Microsoft support but unfortunately did not see to understand my issue then transferred me to a department that was closed at the time.

I am not sure what to do. I don't want to be out the $50 I paid for the cards.

Rewards Credits not being shown.

Yesterday I used my “MyVIP” gems to purchase Rewards credits in the vault. Yet they are not showing on my account. I checked back recently and the credits are not there. When will I receive them? I bought 25,000 credits to be exact. Where are my credits?

 

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

 

Check your account at Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows the funds. If it does then it could be what you're trying to buy. For example, if you're trying to buy a 360 game on the One, the funds
won't work.

If the funds don't show, then the cards were not fully added. You would have to try contacting support again.

 

Called again and got someone that cared about my issue. They helped me with crediting my account with the missing credit.
