Choose to pay with your credit card first, and it will ask you if you want to use your other balance to pay part of it, and the remainder will be charged to your credit card.

For the past due you need to pay it by credit card or paypal. A past due couldn't paid with prepaid credit. Once this is paid. You could use a prepaid card for gold if you you dont want to pay it with a credit card or other payment methods.

For subscription deals (like the $1 for 1 month) you can only pay with a credit card For the games, there is an option to choose between paying with a credit card and paying with points. Unless they changed the option with the new update, you should be
able to press X when you're at the purchase screen to pay with points.
