If you want to play "wanna be an enforcer" you need to show some consideration when you have 2 relatives staying at your home and you have hidden all your controllers and passwords and informed the relative to stay out of a certain room and both mother
and son agree while house sitting for a few days, and have no idea or control over a situation - and yet to come home and find out your Xbox has been suspended! Well then if a long time user that pays good money to keep some individuals employed - should get
some type of credit for the days lost, SOMETHING, Hello, PS4 is free and you don't have to be put in time out for something out of your control,,

Your going to start losing lots of business that way and yes it's a good thing to keep people from using bad words and all the rif raf out there but you guys need to be a bit more open minded. A huge percentage of all of your decisions/reviews are all
negative and don't seem to care about any certain situations, so that tells me whoever is making these so called enforcement rules is sitting there with a badge on thinking their the law- HA, I don't think so! So enforcers let's get our thinking caps on and
try to be a grown up with a grown up decision and start being a bit more considerate on each decision that's made, it's good you have rules but I'm not going to sit here and be put in time out for something we did not do! I also don't remember signing or
agree to having my Xbox shut down or not being able to use all of its capabilities and still pay a premium to not have it work! Sounds kind of fishy to me, so think about giving back some sort of credit for some harsh and unconcerned decision making, and trust
me we will be in touch!

You said you hide our password to keep your Xbox from being use by your 2 relatives, but did you gave them the password?

Your Xbox console and account is your responsibility at all times. If someone use and something did something to it, then blame them and ask them to buy you a new console.

Don't be mad at the Enforcement team as they are just enforcing the rules to keep everyone safe and have a happy gaming on XBL

 

You are responsible for your account & anything that happens on it.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to any refunds for lost xbox live gold time due to enforcement action on your account.

PSN is not free on the PS4 & the rules are the same.
