    I'm a 3 star VIP and I've spent over $100 on games and add ons since January, but my credit meter hasn't moved. The only pending credit I have is from surveys.

    before a Christmas, my meter moved for the first time in months, put me from 2 to almost 4 Stars. It hasn’t moved since, and I spent quite a bit of money. I know I’ve missed quite a bit of cash back because of that. It hasn’t been 96 hours, closer to 96
    days.

    Please fix the updates so they happen in a timely manner, and please also restore the percentage so we can make sure it’s moving. Better yet a “spend til next star” would be good as well

    Hello SwordofWhedon,

    We see your progress increasing multiple times as well as multiple payback events over the last few months. In fact, we see payback events every month for at least the past year. Keep in mind that progress carries over between ranks, so since the spend requirement
    for three stars is $900 and four stars is $1200, by ranking up to three stars you are by default already at 900/1200 or 75%. Furthermore, we see many purchases that are in the sub $10 range. This would translate to progress increases of 10/900 = .01 or 1%
    at the three star range, and 10/1200 = .08 or .8% at the four star range. These small increases, combined with how our program needs up to 96 hours to process and receive new activity, may be why you felt you were not being updated.

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Since your purchase in February went towards the Anime offer that month, it did not give MyVIP payback. Since you opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer in March, your purchases went towards that offer and not MyVIP payback. Since you did not complete the
    offers, they did not award offer completion Credits. Regarding your April payback, we are currently in the process of resolving an issue that was affecting some of our preview program members, and hope to have that payback displayed shortly. Apologies for
    any inconvenience caused by this delay.
