    I created family group so I have control over my sons spending etc.by mistake a added money to the wrong microsoft account in a family group and I know I can't transfer it but that account the money is on isn't even being used,I don't know what to do...

    There is no option to buy an in-game currency as a gift, that will be the only option to buy a game using Microsoft money as a gift.

    Hi MarketaFinnegan, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    You can use Microsoft money in buying a game and choose "buy as a gift" so you can still use the money and also play a game on the correct account.

    @DiabeticDad. You are wrong. A user can not pay a past due balance using Microsoft account credit. You need to pay using one of the payment options listed
