    Hello, I have such a problem - I can not pay anything connected with the needles360, because the store does not seem to see any bank card, although all the data has been entered, and the purchases for all of them go through. I ask for help. Credit card & Xbox 360 content :)

    Hi

    Can you please confirm if you are using Xbox Live credit or a registered card to try and make this purchase? As far as I'm aware you need a card registered against your Xbox Live account to purchase Xbox 360 content on anything other than a 360 console.

    Need a credit card (not a debit card or paypal account) to purchase Xbox360 games for the Xbox One?

    You need a credit card or Paypal in order to purchase backwards compatible content on the One. A debit card would be seen as credit.

    Funds from an Xbox gift card will not work on the One, but will work if you make the purchase from a 360 console.

    Marketplace problem

    You can't use pre paid cards or Xbox account credit to purchase Xbox 360 content from your Xbox One. You have to use a credit card.

    The One store does not see the Microsoft account balance as being a valid payment option for 360 content. So a credit card or Paypal is required to be on file for 360 content, even if it's free, when you make a purchase from the One or website. To make
    a purchase without a credit card or Paypal, the purchase would have to be made on a 360.

    Unfortunately through the website, you have to use a credit card or Paypal on backwards compatible content. In order to buy the content with a prepaid card, you would have to use a 360 console.
