    Credit card works for all my other accounts except for this one


    Well the credit card works on all my other accounts, just not this one. When I tried to add it to my account it said "This payment option won't work..." so then I tried using it on my other account and it worked. I've paid with credit cards before on my
    account, it's only recent this has happened. Nothing is wrong with my credit card, it just won't let me add any cards on this account. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Those charges for editing my credit card and the other one for deleting the old one, are still in my credit card account, 2 charges.

    Got this when trying to access "My Account"

    The credit card I used to pay for the membership is lost, so my dad had to cancel the card and get a new one.

    I added another credit card, but I can't remove the other one, or change it so this one is the one used without getting into My Account, but that keeps coming up.

    Any suggestions?

    I've cleared Cookies, and tried different browsers, still doesn't work.

    How many other accounts have the card that you are trying to use added to it? It's possible that you are trying to use it on too many accounts.

    You should consider adding Paypal instead of a credit card.

    Alright, I'm not sure how many accounts because I have quite a few. I just wanted to know if I still have the option of using a credit card on my account because it just doesn't seem to work on on that one particular account.

    How many other accounts have the card that you are trying to use added to it? It's possible that you are trying to use it on too many accounts.

    According to the thread you posted it should work except you do need the code or a in your words a payment option for the us account either currency card or us credit card

    Do you have an expired credit card on your profile or multiple payment methods? You should also try to use the website or the console to try the purchase (depending on which one you've tried already) If so, you have to delete all credit cards except for
    one, that usually fixes the issue. Let me know if that works out for you.

    If you're unable to sign into the account and remove the card your only option is to cancel the credit card and have a new one issued. Due to privacy laws nothing else can be done unfortunately.
    Thanks, but Im not able to access the Xbox console. I feel that there should be an exception process for the card owner to provide the card # to cancel the future charges. It is incredibly inconvenient to get a new card with all of the auto pay details
    with many other companies.
