Credit Card Theft

My car was broken into and credit card information stolen February 21 2023, charges to an XBox live account and Microsoft store account were made using my card but I can’t get the name and address of the persons account who used my card release to the police. We have an investigation through the police going on and it would be extremely helpful to have this information given to the police. XBox said they know the account who used my card but won’t release it. We want to press charges but the police need this information to apprehend the criminals and get our physical property back. Who can I talk to about this?

You will need to contact your credit card company to dispute the charges due to theft.

contact your credit card or bank and report the theft of 200 euros as most credit card companies and banks will refund that money if it is reported.
