Credit card please help

I have a problem with payment options in Xbox one. Actually I live in Poland and I have got polish credit card and bank account, but I made mistake and I have added my credit card as paying option in US. The problem is that it works for account in
PL and does not work with account in US . I made a transaction for 1.98$ and now i am unable to pay for that. I chatted with the support but we were not able to find a solution... The only one i must pay for that using the US credit card... Please somebody
help me.. if somone could pay this 2$ for me, i would him him more by a money transfer to his account...

okay so it's really starting to annoy me now every time I try to buy something without a card it asks me to add payment option when I one want to download something that is free and I don't want to put my bank details on the Xbox so why can't I change it
back to when I redeem a code and it doesn't ask for a payment option when I try to download something for free

 

Your account location,billing location & actual location must all be the same.

Asking for someone to pay the $2 for you is strictly against the rules

 

Sure but it's now impossible to pay for that or change that... I just want to end it and pay this stupid price
