    Credit card not accepted


    This is the error i receive:

    Keeps saying there is an issue when I try to use my credit card to purchase the free month trial. I looked at the common solutions in the support section, and NONE of the scenarios fit my issue. The card isnt expired, suspended, the billing address is
    correct, I've used this same card to buy xbox live memberships before. I dont understand what the issue is.

    xbox live won't accept my CC CCV number to add points but took it for Gold Family membership

    Tried multiple credit cards. It accepted the Gold membership, then accepted the Gold Family membership, but will not accept the card to Add Points.

    Credit Card Number Invalid

    It may also be the type of credit card you are trying to use, not all credit cards are accepted by Microsoft.

    Do you have at least 1 dollar in the account? You have to have a dollar for authorization.

    Use ur credit card on xbox.com n buy a thing that u want i also get error so i purchase from xbox.com not from console

    Yes, my region and card info match, but when I type credit card number it can't validate it. It's possible, that credit cards from certain regions are not accepted?

    So, I can only use prepaid cards or Credit Cards, but not debit cards?

    Would a Chase Debit Card be accepted?
