Credit card information

We have had many charges on our account that are not from us. Xbox won’t refund because they are being played. We have changed our password, added two factor authorization and deleted all our cards from the account. However, my credit card keeps being added back to the account. When I called I was told that was impossible unless we were adding it. We are not and the next day my card was back on the account. I go into my account and need to remove my card information again every couple of days. We have had to replace our credit cards two times now but because our credit card company has an agreement with Microsoft, our new card information is automatically updated directly to Microsoft and the whole mess begins again. How can I get my credit card completely removed from the system? And yes, my reoccurring billing is turned off. I have removed my cards from both the Xbox console and through my internet account and it never works. Thank you.

If your account is gold you can't remove it until your gold runs out. You can however contact support and have them turn off auto renewal. Once your gold runs out you can call them again to have the credit card removed.
