    So, I bought an xbox gift card. Added the funds to my Microsoft account. XBox360 says there are no funds. It also will not allow me to input credit card info (the system, for some reason, only allows US information even with my region set to Canada). The
    Virtual Agent is useless, it crashes when I ask to speak to a person. Hopefully someone here has an answer, because I'm about to explode.

    You need a credit card to purchase 360 games. You don't need to pay with it, It just needs to be on file for verification purposes. As for the card info. Just scroll to the very bottom of the page. Click the tiny globe icon and select Canada. Then enter
    in all the card info.

    I did "Change 360 account region" to Canada

    BUT it didn't help

    As indicated by another poster above, my XBOX and billing.microsoft.com settings are CANADA, and the credit card form does not provide for entry of a province.
