Credit card has been charged twice for downloading Rise of the Tombraider

My credit card has been charged twice for a single game I downloaded. How is that possible? Can anybody help me to find the right support? Thank you

my card has been charged twice for 2K 18 once to day and once yesterday please remove one of the charges

Credit Card charged twice

Played the Tomb Raider free trial. selected option to buy. Paid but no message and back to screen to pay. Paid again. Still shows option to pay and shows as free trial. Then reset xbox and now shows I own the game. Looked at payment history on Xbox.com and
show I have paid twice. How do I get the 2nd cancelled?

So I have called customer support twice, and called my credit card company. My card works, and has no attempted charges, even though I've been trying different cards and amounts all night. I've verified everything and I'm convinced this is a Microsoft problem
that they can't seem to see or fix.
