Credit Card deleting problem

Discus and support Credit Card deleting problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Since approximately one month, i want to delete my credit card from my xbox 360 and from xbox.ca/accounts, but each time, my xbox ask me to go on...     Deleting Credit Cards

    You can also use this website to do so. At the top of the page Under "My Xbox" choose "Accounts" then under the category Payment and billing click "manage payment options". There you can remove whatever card(s) you want.

    Deleting Credit Cards

    As long as you have another card on file, I believe you can delete the expired one without any problems.

    If your account has been suspended for a billing issue, please contact Xbox Phone Support by clicking the link below. I can also see that you have a Gold Subscription, and you can't remove a credit card from your account until the Gold Subscription expires.

    I trying to delete my credit card from my xbox 360,but when i try to do it,appears a message informing that i can't delete this credit card and the xbox ask me to go on xbox.com/accounts but each time i go there,i always fall in a error page. Can anyone
    help me? Some people said me that i can't delete that card because my Live Gold was working. But last weekend,my Gold expired and anyway i can't do it yet.
