    Credit Card charged without auto-renewal or permission, unlikely purchase aswell.


    I got hit with an annual membership fee of $80 for an xbox live account that is not mine, I can't even find out what account it is for and xbox billing support is one of the most frustrating systems ever implemented.

    Basically, I want to cancel this newly found membership ASAP and have my money returned except I can't find any possible way of doing this efficiently.

    xbox company stealing my hard earned money

    if there taking money off your credit card without your permission (unless you didnt cancel auto renewal) contact your credit card company so you don't have to pay the bill

    Xbox Live Gold expired, won't renew

    Same problem with me but i canceled my auto renewal last year and xbox live turned it back on to charge me without permission. Now my account is suspended and i can't remove my credit card... good thing my credit card expired before they charged me 60$ that
    i cant afford at the moment.

    You will need to phone support for your region,the are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

    I Cannot Renew My Xbox Live Account

    one case may be what happened to me also. Some of you that are expericaning this problem, may also have the setting auto renewal on. Now, if your credit card cannot be charged for renewal, your account will be suspended until you add a new card that can
    purchase renewal, or redeem a code that the auto renewal system is trying to purchase.

    To see if this is the problem, check your email for information about problem with charging your credit card

    There is nothing you can do to redeem the 1 month free without a credit card because after the month of free gold it charges the credit card 9.99, unless the auto renewal was shut off before the free month is up
