Credit Card charged twice

Played the Tomb Raider free trial. selected option to buy. Paid but no message and back to screen to pay. Paid again. Still shows option to pay and shows as free trial. Then reset xbox and now shows I own the game. Looked at payment history on Xbox.com and
show I have paid twice. How do I get the 2nd cancelled?

Paypal purchase failed

I made a $6.99 purchase via paypal, my credit card was charged through paypal, but Microsoft says it failed. I'd think twice before using the Microsoft Store again....

 

Pre-ordering FIFA 19

When you pre-order a game using a credit card or Paypal, you're not charged until about 10 days before the game releases. So you shouldn't have been charged twice. You can double check at Sign in to your Microsoft account though.

 

I had the same problem in date 27/12/2015, nobody find a solution. I' m already post the problem in facebook. If you have same news, please, let me know the right way to have the second payment back.
