Creators Update FPS Drops!!!

Note: I'm going to use BF1 as a primary example, as it suffers the most from this issue, but unfortunately this issue is affecting all of my other games across the board.

Ever since I have updated my PC to the 1703 build of Windows 10, I have been experiencing major drops in my frames per second whilst gaming. From what the online community has determined so far, this problem seems to be occurring after the mandatory KB4013418
patch (post Creators Update). Ever since I have installed this patch, I have experienced severe issues with my frame rates dropping. This happens regularly (ever couple minutes or so) throughout my gaming on Windows 10, regardless of client.

Once I noticed my problem, I took to the online Nvidia community. Since then, I have learned that a very large amount of people are suffering from the same problem. The community there has run so very many various combinations of Windows 10 versions and
Nvidia drivers that they have finally exhausted any and all methods of reducing, let alone curing, the problem. I have also tried various adjustments throughout Windows and my game applications to resolve this and NOTHING has improved.

At this point, I can no longer keep my mouth shut and sit around for a patch. I JUST converted to PC from console and I am extremely angry at the amount of money I just spent, only to have Windows promptly handicap my machine. I cannot defer the update,
as I have Windows 10 Home and not Pro, Education or Enterprise. On top of that, if I could, it would only postpone it until August. This is also an issue that Microsoft is supposedly aware of, but has done nothing about. They haven't even communicated anything
to the consumers!

This is absolutely unacceptable! People are running the absolute top of the line hardware and they cant maintain 60fps!? NZXT has a BLD service that guarantees 60 fps or your entire money back! This torpedoes that entire business tactic! If this isn't
broached, with an ETA for a patch, I'm going to take to social media next. I'm not going to stop until the problem is resolved. If need be, we can start gathering a community of people suffering from this and make our voice known far more than this.

Microsoft is a multi-billion dollar, international conglomerate that should already have a team working on this 24/7 and constantly keeping the public updated. Anything outside of that is unacceptable in my book, considering how much we pay for your software.

Creator update causing game studdering

I recently received the creator update on my game machine. Since then games are shuddering horribly and FPS is very inconsistent.

Nvidia GTX1070

Intel i7 4790

Looks like I'm not the only one having this issue:

I do not have DVR turned on or an Xbox present. Is there a fix for this or should I reverse the update (which i'm hoping is possible).

FPS drops

Like you, I've also been playing D3 a lot lately. I've only had MP lag problems once so far. My MP experience has been pretty smooth when the stuff hit the fan with 4 players going full throttle(Knock on wood).

I back out and search for another lobby. If it keeps putting into the same bad lobby, I find something else to do, like build another character then search again a little later to see if it gives me a better host or sets me as the host.
