Bonjour,

Ayant versé de l'argent sur le compte de mon fils via le compte famille Microsoft, il a acheté des V-Bucks Fortenite pour jouer sur son PC.

Il semble qu'il faille créer un compte xbox live id afin de pouvoir utiliser les V-Bucks qu'il a acheté.

Nous avons tenté multi-reprise de créer ce compte mais lors de la finalisation: on arrive toujours une page n'existant plus (404) juste après ma confirmation parentale.

Pouvez vous svp nous indiquer la procèdure suivre afin de pouvoir utiliser cet achat?

Windows live id doesnt affect the region of Any xbox account

B create they appropiate windows live id and use that instead

That isn't possible I'm afraid. Once created the account exists for good.

You can change the Windows Live ID of the account though if you wish to use it with a different account
