Creation Club-Credits didnt arrive

Hey Guys,

i bought Creation Club-Credits from the XboxOne store.

After a few minutes, they still didnt arrive. I was waiting for some more minutes and there is still nothing.

I went offline and online again, was changing my xbox live profile and all these things. Now 3 hours are gone and the Credits are not there.

Are some of you had this problem, too?

Where are my Creation Club Credits for Fallout 4

Hello, I bought Creation Club Credits for Fallout 4 . 3 times at Friday and did not get any yet.
2 times 750 and 1 times 1500 credits where are they?
I still have 50 credits left. If I should not get it today. I demand my money back hereby.

Contact Microsoft support?

Does anyone know how to contact Microsoft, I purchased credits for the creation Club on Fallout 4 and I still haven't received the credits but they took the money off my card and I can find no way to get ahold of Microsoft for them to fix this?

To make sure, do you see that purchase listed as "Complete" when you check your
Microsoft Account Order History?

If you see the transaction listed properly there, but you still haven't seen your in-game currency, we'd recommend reaching out to the
Bethesda directly, as the delivery of in-game currency is handled on their end.

Alternately, you can also try reaching our
Chat or Phone Support Teams to look into options for refunding that purchase, so you can re-make it.

"Your Credits are transferable and can be used in both games on the same platform for Steam and Xbox Live. PSN does not support transferable credits between both games."

So on Xbox credits can be used between Skyrim and Fallout, but NOT across platforms. On PlayStation, they are game specific, and also not shared across platform. So wherever you get the credits is the platform it stays on, and for
Xbox, it can be across both supported games.

The content of games marked as play anywhere will be transferred to pc, could you tell us the game you are talking about to be sure
