    I've already tried this twice and it doesn't fix the problem.

    I'm having the same issue and rebooting the modem hasn't worked. I've also tried resetting both Minecraft and Microsoft Store, uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, signing out and back in on Xbox live and Store to confirm they are using the same account
    and changing my NAT type but none of these solutions have worked.
