    Creating New Functionalities Within the App


    Hey, fellow Gamers! Do you also use the "Xbox One" app (whether its Android or IOS) on your phone? Imagine this, you're about to get off of work and your excited to go home and play a throwback game of Gears, COD, Halo...whatever it may be! But you finally
    get home all amped up after a long day and what do you have to do... wait for the game to reinstall which of course you have to do manually. This is my idea, I believe the Xbox One app itself should have features like "My Games & Apps" build in so not only
    can you see what games you already have... but also be able to install 'said' game from wherever you are (as long as your app and Xbox are connected ofc) allowing it to download while you are away so when you DO get home, your pets won't be the only thing
    waiting for your arrival! Let me know your thoughts, other additions you might have!

    what's the point in smart glass

    So Xbox One games that had Smartglass functionalities? You would still need to keep the Smartglass app around for those. To my knowledge those features have not been included in the Xbox App.

    I'm afraid we aren't able to speculate on the apps functions such as the way it's controlled. I recommend reaching out to NBC for any concerns with the apps functionality. If you're also running into issues controlling all other apps definitely create a

    OneGuide is the function for what you are looking for. Either say "Xbox OneGuide" or "x" I believe within the TV app.

    New PC Installation of Windows - Unable to Install Xbox Games

    Jumping in to say I also have the same issue as OP, cannot install any new games from Xbox app or Windows Store. I also receive Error Code 0x80070002 when trying to install a game. This is clearly an issue with the Xbox app, probably a new update as this just started happening within the past week for me.

    Please release a fix/update because the Xbox/Store app is clearly non-functional right now!!!!
