Creating new account and switching profiles on xbox one issue

Hi when i try to switch profiles it comes up with ox8015000 and when i try to create new accounf it returns to home screen

It is possible to create another account if you wanted to create a new account and use it on your Xbox. You can create a new account here: Create account (live.com)

Then on your Xbox console you can switch your profile:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system, and then select Add or switch.
   
3. Choose the profile that you want to switch to.
   
4. Enter the password to sign in to the Microsoft account for the new profile.
   

If you want this new account to instantly sign into the Xbox.

2. Select Profile & system, and then select Settings
   
3. Choose Account, then Sign-in, security & passkey
   
4. From here you can change the security preferences, create a passkey or instantly sign in to that account.
   

However, if there are subscriptions, purchased games or you have made progress in a game on the other account account, you cannot transfer that save data, purchased content or subscription to the other account.

According to a
Reddit thread, the error has to do with the regiment you're currently in.

Switch to a different Xbox profile (create a new one if necessary) and start a game. Supposedly, if you create a new regiment with the new profile, your main account should be added to that new regiment.

On your main account, leave the regiment.

Sounds like you accidentally created a new tag overtop your existing one. Please create a new email address and follow the instructions at the link below to move the tag to it.
