Creating clan for Xbox One?

In game when you go to barracks there's "Create Clan" "Clan Details" and "Clan Invites" If you aren't in a clan, you should be able to create one. If you're in a clan, you should be able to check clan details to see your clans level. If you got invited to
a clan you can click clan invites. Clan Wars aren't available until the 25th, but all in game clan features should be available.

What is the age to join the clan going to be I am looking for a over 30 clan that is laid back buy the way I am 41..

Go into Elite on your computer, then Click on Connect, then near the top you should see an option for your clan, click that. On that screen you should see a box to enter your clan name.

Edit: It looks like the create a clan/User clan is down at the moment.
